Landscape Manager

Business Need / Purpose of role: Landscape Manager, the business imperative revolves around orchestrating and optimizing landscape design and management projects. The primary purpose is to lead a proficient team of professionals, aligning their efforts with project objectives to ensure the successful execution of landscape endeavors. This pivotal position involves the development and implementation of landscape design and management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Responsibilities encompass monitoring and analysing performance indicators in landscape design and management, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. Oversee the planning and execution of landscape projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners for the success of landscape projects. 7. Utilize advanced landscape technologies and tools to optimize both technical and project management aspects of landscape design and management endeavors. 8. Proactively identify and address challenges related to landscape design, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions. 9. Control landscape costs and stay informed about industry trends to drive innovation and ensure project success. 10. Provide strategic recommendations to optimize landscape processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the success of projects.. Administration Responsibility: Presence. Person Specification Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes: 1. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or architectural Engineering from an internationally recognized university. 2. To be successful in this role, you should have no less than 20 years of experience in project management with multi-site development expertise with a strong track record of completion and delivery. 3. Membership in an international project management association is preferred but not mandatory. 4. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
