Laundry Valet

Description

We are seeking a Laundry Valet with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in the Gulf. The Laundry Valet will be responsible for providing high-quality laundry services to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their laundry needs
• Sort laundry items according to color, fabric, and type of cleaning required
• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and steam presses
• Use proper cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains and dirt from laundry items
• Fold and package laundry items for delivery to guests
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request restocking as needed
• Ensure that laundry equipment is maintained and repaired as needed
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues with laundry services
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Laundry Valet
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning agents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift and move laundry items
• High school diploma or equivalent
