Job Title: Lead Architect
Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative and functional spaces while considering the aesthetic, technical, and practical aspects of architecture. This role requires a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Architectural Design:
- Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, models, and mood boards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
Project Management
- Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to bring architectural designs to fruition.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Technical Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in architectural technology and materials.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the design and construction phases.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, landscape architects, and other specialists, to create integrated and cohesive design solutions.
- Participate in client presentations and effectively communicate design concepts and rationales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Architectural license preferred.
