Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases meet design, quality, and budget standards
Oversee and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to develop design solutions that align with project goals and client vision
Ensure all project deliverables comply with local building regulations and industry standards
Review and approve design drawings, project schedules, and cost estimates
Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design specifications
Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance project quality
Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in business development efforts to support the firms growth

Requirements:

Bachelors or masters degree in architecture or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead architect managing projects and teams within the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in architecture design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
High attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
