Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Customer Service Representative in Qesm El Maadi. The Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer disputes, handling complex customer issues, and identifying areas for improvement in the customer service process.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues and disputes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
