Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client is working together to source an experienced and qualified Data Architect Manager for their team in Saudi Arabia.
The Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
- Develop and maintain database design and architecture documentation for the management and executive teams.
- Define and enforce data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Develop and implement data strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead identification of data sources, both internal and external.
- Manage end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.
- Define and manage the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.
- Lead the integration of technical systems, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, Enterprise Architect).
- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
