Job Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Lead the design team in producing high-quality, engaging visuals for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and marketing collateral.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities, deadlines, and clear goals to ensure timely delivery.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.
Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual experience across all channels.
Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative assets to ensure high standards are met before final delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop visuals that drive engagement and effectively communicate our brands message.
Job Requirements:
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding, and creative storytelling.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
Experience With Figma Or Other UI Design Tools
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
Experience: 4+ Years
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
