NAOS Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to join one of our clients. As the Cold Calling Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & monitor the current team of lead generation executives.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
- Develop and implement cold calling strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Support team in contacting prospects to qualify leads.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize calling scripts and improve conversion rates
- Research and maintain a lead generation database.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field
- 5 Years of experience in Lead Generation and a minimum of 2 years in managing lead generation teams.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in cold calling is a must.
- Previous experience in using CRM is a must.
- Experience with research and maintaining databases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
