The Lead generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and increase admissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation within the higher education sector, with proven expertise in managing digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and keyword research tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversions, maintaining high data integrity.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall university goals and objectives.- Manage and leverage HubSpot and Leadsquared CRM for lead tracking and nurturing.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential students and drive conversions.
Build and enhance the university's brand through effective digital marketing and communication strategies.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in lead generation, particularly within the higher education sector.
Proven expertise in running and managing digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.- Proficiency in using HubSpot and Leadsquared CRM for lead management and tracking.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
