Position: Lead Interior Designer
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

looking for a talented
Lead interior designer with experience in residential plots (ideally working on real estate development projects), and strong background of
concept storytelling
Job description:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience
- Candidate must have experience in Residential projects (experience with Lead Design Consultants is a + ).
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients
- Must have knowledge in managing a team of interior designers, 3d visualiser, CAD operator
- Must have knowledge in coordinating with subconsultants (MEP, architectural) and to defend the interior design discipline.
- Must be able to create strong concept stories, draw plans and review all sets of drawings of the team onboard
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Coordinating with Interior design team, creative director and client.
- Candidate must be strong in concepts designs, sketches is a plus
- Candidate must have knowledge on full set of plans from Concept to IFC, FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures, floor finishes, FF&E, acoustic ceilings etc..
