Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Develop, document, and improve business processes for the marketing organization to meet the goals of the business.
- Analyze complex business problems and propose solutions using process and system automation.
- Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development.
- Maintain process documentation including process change orders.
- Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.
- Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process.
- Conduct process and system testing and training to process experts.
Qualifications
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Fluency in French and English is a must
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- High drive to succeed and strong ambition
- Effective listening & communication skills
- Sales mindset
- Sales background
- High customer centricity
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platform is a plus
