Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Develop, document, and improve business processes for the marketing organization to meet the goals of the business.
  • Analyze complex business problems and propose solutions using process and system automation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development.
  • Maintain process documentation including process change orders.
  • Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.
  • Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
  • Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process.
  • Conduct process and system testing and training to process experts.

Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • High drive to succeed and strong ambition
  • Effective listening & communication skills
  • Sales mindset
  • Sales background
  • High customer centricity
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platform is a plus
