Your Tasks
Financial Dimension:
Aware of the EPC market, be able to analyze weak signal of financial difficulties and constraints.
Safety Health & Environment:
Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations, and standards.
Ensure SHES and Worker Welfare Visible Leadership at site.
Qatarization Program:
Contribute to the development of Qatari employees.
Firewall Compliance:
Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.
Technical and Business Skills:
Administer the EPC contract, document and record all changes and amendments, manage claims, monitor bonds/guarantees, prepare Contract modifications, and perform contract close-out activities.
Review contractual Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance by the EPC Contractor and ensure Company requirements are being met.
Assist with the review and negotiation of project Change Order requests submitted by EPC Contractor.
Take the lead in preparing Letters and contractual responses to the EPC Contractor.
Interface with EPC Contractor in resolving Contractual and Procurement related issues.
Review of RFQ's and bid summaries for compliance with project requirements and protection of Owner's interests.
Participate in review of alternative vendors proposed by EPC contractor and evaluate acceptability both technically and commercially.
Establish and monitor performance and contribute to the monthly PMT progress reports.

Your Profile
Bachelor of Science (Engineering or Business) or Equivalent Experience.
10 years minimum in multi-billion Lump Sum Major Energy Projects (post-award) in similar position.
Legal, Dispute claims resolution will be an advantage.
Capable of writing well documented commercial correspondence.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills with team leadership qualities.
