About the Role:

• Establish and manage an effective planning and progress control system to support decision-making and ensure project completion within internal baselines and contractual requirements.
• Identify and analyze deviations from the plan, estimate time impacts, and monitor corrective actions.
• Promote schedule awareness among project participants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate project schedules, ensuring feasibility and identifying critical areas.
• Contribute to commercial risk management activities.
• Implement a Planning and Progress Control System tailored to project complexity, risks, and duration, aligned with company standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to structure activities, assign milestones, and define logic networks.
• Prepare baseline documents and communicate planning and scheduling requirements effectively.
• Prepare and issue project reports and procedures, including Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, and Risk Management Plans.
• Initiate and coordinate risk management activities, including brainstorming sessions and risk assessments.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis for critical projects.
