Role Description
The Lead Solutions Architect at OmniOps will spearhead business development, sales strategy, and team leadership to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and strategic leadership to support OmniOps mission of empowering businesses with advanced AI and cloud solutions across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, outreach, and conversion to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute campaigns.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent OmniOps at industry events to promote the company and identify leads.
- Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to senior management.
- Lead a team of solutions architects and pre-sales professionals to manage customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years in the cloud domain with a strong technical background.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development.
- Enterprise Architect certification (TOGAF/Zachman) is a plus.
- Critical and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing persistence with long-term strategy.
- Demonstrated success in building trust-based relationships with clients and teams.
