Job Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Lead, Technical Recruiter, to join our team in our Sheikh Zayed's Premises.

Job Summary:

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects recruitment for the technical positions for Envision Employment Solutions partners as well as improving quality of recruitment practices for Envision.

The Lead Recruiter will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, Lead Recruiter should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidates is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

Ultimately, the Lead Recruiter will manage all of the non-technical recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our partner's current and future needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for senior roles in the business, deploying proactive sourcing strategies and leveraging off your own professional network
  • Take ownership of the sourcing strategy for skill sets across the business, collaborating with the sourcing team and recruiters to attract the best available talent globally
  • Optimise the use of our hiring toolkit (ATS, recruitment platforms and job boards) to ensure that our recruiting processes are effective and scalable
  • Coach and mentor Recruiters and Sourcers in the Recruitment Team
  • Manage the workload of the recruitment team in order to enable them to thrive
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Consciously curate a differentiated and unforgettable candidate experience from first contact to on-boarding
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, international development or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • 7+ years of working experience in full life cycle recruitment with a proven track record as a senior/lead recruiter is essential.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment team management experience
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Global recruiting experience within recruitment and staffing agency is a plus but not a must
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever ideally) and HR databases
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction
  • Demonstrated success with client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service with a great team;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines;
  • Experience building and driving social media, other professional networks (like GitHub) and online recruiting campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
