Working Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm UK time
Salary: 700 Monthly

Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Video & Podcast Editor to produce high-quality video and audio content. This role involves a blend of technical skills and creative storytelling to engage and attract a B2B audience on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing:
- Edit high-quality videos for LinkedIn content, ensuring professional standards are met
- Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging and effective video content
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance viewer engagement
- Add graphics, animations, and other visual elements to videos
- Optimise videos for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Podcast Editing:
- Edit podcast episodes to ensure clear audio quality and engaging content
- Manage podcast production from raw recordings to final edited episodes
- Add intros, outros, music, and sound effects to enhance the listening experience
- Optimise podcasts for distribution on various platforms
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Provide regular updates on project progress and potential issues
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Podcast Editor
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video and podcast projects
- Excellent storytelling skills and a creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus
