Job Purpose
- Lead and direct the team to ensure institutional excellence by developing and implementing innovative strategies that contribute to performance improvement and the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Roads and Transport Authority.
Role Overview
- Develop long-term strategic plans that support innovation and performance enhancement.
- Manage teams and provide necessary guidance to support the vision and objectives of the Roads and Transport Authority.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality and excellence initiatives to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Manage major projects, ensuring their execution aligns with governmental directions.
- Oversee relationships with governmental and private entities to foster collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Provide strategic insights and analyses to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Supervise the enhancement of quality and institutional excellence standards by establishing effective policies and initiatives.
- Promote a leadership-driven, motivating work environment that supports the development of future leaders through continuous mentoring and guidance.
