The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify training needs, organizing training sessions, and maintaining training records.
- Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain and update training records and databases.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Provide administrative support for all training activities.
- Assist in the development of content.
- Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices.
- Masters degree in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
