Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist (Entry-level)
Training Needs Assessment: Assist in identifying learning needs and gaps within the organization through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- SOP Development: provides clear-cut directions and detailed instructions needed to perform a specific task or operation consistently and efficiently.
Training Delivery Support
: Aid in the facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring that learning experiences are engaging and effective.Content Development
: Support the design and development of training materials, modules, and courses tailored to meet organizational objectives and employee development needs.Evaluation and Feedback: Help collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Learning Technology Support: Provide technical support for learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms used for training delivery and content management.
Administrative Tasks
: Assist in logistical tasks related to training, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, managing registrations, and maintaining training records.Collaboration
: Work closely with senior learning and development professionals, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development. Contribute ideas for improving training programs and processes.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that training programs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Assist in maintaining documentation for compliance purposes.
Employee Development Support
: Provide assistance to employees in accessing learning resources, understanding career development opportunities, and navigating training pathways.Professional Development

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
