Job Summary: The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across a diversified industry. This role ensures that employees receive high-quality learning experiences that support their development, enhance their skills, and contribute to the organizations overall success. The L&D Specialist will contribute a vital role in Performance Evaluation of employees.

- Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, PHR) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a trainer or in a similar L&D role, _preferably in UAE or GCC_ in a diversified industry. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and various training technologies. Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods. Familiarity with industry-specific training needs and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
