What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Observation & Monitoring: Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching practices and student engagement.
Teaching Team Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the teaching team to enhance instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.
Research Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in education to inform teaching methods and curriculum development.
Teacher Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for teachers to foster professional growth and improve teaching effectiveness.
Content Team Management: Oversee the back-end content team to ensure classroom requirements are met and high-quality educational materials are produced.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with stakeholders, including delivery and product development teams, to enhance learning design and overall educational product offering, e.g. timetable requirements, curriculum design coordination, assessment development, delivery, etc.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Educational Background: Experience working in a school setting as a teacher, curriculum developer, instructional designer or teacher professional development manager.
Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
