Learning & Development Partner

Job Responsibility:

• develop, and deliver effective learning programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• training needs through assessment and analysis of employee performance.
• with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning materials.
• learning strategies utilizing various methods such as e-learning, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• experience in curriculum development, and training delivery.
• understanding of learning principles
• to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
