Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Learning & OD Specialist to join our end client team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field. The role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to enhance employee performance and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning data to inform program development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and materials
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning events
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support organizational development initiatives, such as change management and talent development
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, psychology, business)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English & Arabic is Mandatory (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IT industry or a related field
- Certification in learning and development (e.g., CPTD, CTD)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools
- Knowledge of talent management and performance development principles
