Key Responsibilities:
- Property Tours & Showings: Present a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties to prospective clients, highlighting property features and market advantages.
- Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with prospective tenants, answer inquiries, and provide expert guidance throughout the leasing process.
- Leasing Management: Assist with lease applications, renewals, and ensure all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently in line with Allegiance's policies.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about current Dubai real estate trends, property availability, and market pricing to provide clients with relevant options that suit their needs.
- Negotiation Support: Work closely with clients and landlords to negotiate lease agreements and secure favorable terms.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to create promotional content for property listings, including online advertisements and social media outreach.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain records of client interactions, leasing agreements, and regular leasing reports, ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate laws and Allegiance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and landlords.
- Ability to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with an ability to secure successful leasing deals.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key neighborhoods and current trends.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation to visit properties.
