Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent in relevant field
- 5- 7 years of working in UAE as Leasing manager with a reputable property developer.
Must have experience in leasing and managing Residential & commercial properties.- Must have in-depth knowledge of leasing principles, practices, and regulations, with a solid understanding of local rental market dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have the ability to articulate leasing proposals, conduct property tours, and interact professionally with tenants, property owners, leasing agents, and other stakeholders
Must have valid UAE driving license
