ob Title: Leasing Manager - Holiday Homes
Job Purpose: Oversee the management and operations of holiday home units, from initial setup and furnishing to leasing and client acquisition, while ensuring exceptional service quality and positive return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Furnishing:
- Supervise the setup and furnishing of holiday home units to meet market standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and furniture companies to secure high-quality furniture and appliances that enhance unit appeal.
- Daily Operations Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of units to ensure they are always ready for client occupancy.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of units to provide an optimal client experience.
- Marketing and Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the holiday homes and maximize occupancy rates.
- Utilize digital marketing channels and traditional methods to reach potential clients.
- Leasing and Contract Management:
- Manage the leasing process and oversee contract signings in line with local regulations.
- Ensure a positive experience for clients throughout their stay, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and the provision of high-quality services.
- Professionally address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Revenue Management and Profit Optimization:
- Develop plans to increase revenue through occupancy rate optimization and dynamic rental pricing based on market demand.
- Track financial performance and provide regular reports detailing profits, costs, and revenue analysis.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Ensure all units comply with local laws and regulations related to holiday home management.
- Stay updated on any legal changes and adjust internal policies and procedures accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing holiday homes or serviced apartments, with a solid understanding of all stages from setup to leasing.
- Strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and client acquisition.
- Ability to manage a multi-functional team and ensure operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations about holiday homes and serviced apartment management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
