Job Overview:

The Leasing Officer will play a key role in securing premium locations for our brand, negotiating favorable lease terms, and managing leasing contracts. This role involves frequent external visits, market analysis, and constant communication with mall management teams to capture leasing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Management: Conduct market research to identify potential lease locations, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts in line with company objectives and budget constraints.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain rapport with property managers, ensuring Carmen Perfumes is prioritized for leasing opportunities in key locations.

Leasing Follow-Up: Actively monitor promotional opportunities and leasing timelines to stay ahead of competitors. Communicate regularly with leasing contacts to explore options for exhibitions and events.

Reporting & Administration: Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing leasing activities, initiatives, and future plans for senior management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in law, commerce, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a leasing or related role.

Familiarity with leasing legalities, especially Emirate regulations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.

Proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
