Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update legal documentation and records
Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and court dates for legal professionals
Conduct legal research and compile information for cases
Assist with the organization and maintenance of case files
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide basic legal information
Assist with the organization and implementation of training programs and events for legal staff
Prepare and distribute legal correspondence and documents
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience working in a legal office or related field
Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Female candidates are preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
UAE Experience is must
Computer skilled
Capable to handle matters independently
Experienced in drafting and reviewing of Legal documents
Coordination and follow up with Lawyers and various Courts
Knowledge of preparation and Online submissions
Knowledge in various Laws and corporate affairs
Skilled in Researching and Writing articles
Digital & Social Media skills and knowledge is appreciated Capable to handle any contingent situations
