Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, maintain and advising on all contracts relevant to Company business.
Standardizing Company contracts/documents along with reviewing and updating currents standards.
Register trademarks inside and outside KSA, follow up their expiration and renewal and make the necessary arrangements and procedures to overcome disputes and problems associated with trademarks.
Maintain excellent knowledge of pertinent laws, rules and regulations affecting the company operations inside & outside KSA and advice on the impact of such changes on Company's operations.
Provide sound advice judgment counsel and support to company administration and key staff on all legal matters.
Respond to request for information on legal issues and provide recommendations.
Identify areas of legal risks and prepare necessary measures to rectify similar situations.
Handling and following up on litigation internally and externally with external counsel.
Identify and resolve legal problems, review and propose recommended solutions.
Monitor the implementation of settlement, agreements, and legal judgment.
Assessment of legal risks and contributing in reducing the risks.
Perform all other related/assigned legal duties for Sunbulah Group and its subsidiaries or affiliates. Gather and analyse research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
Prepare & review legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, complains, wills, contracts, correspondence & reports.
Administrative duties, Filing & maintaining electronic file system.
