Job Description:
Manage the legal affairs of the company and its subsidiaries, overseeing contractual and legal aspects, business governance, procedures, and policies, and work to enhance the legal status of the company and its subsidiaries both externally and internally.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare or develop the objectives and strategy of the legal department.
- Establish and develop policies and procedures for internal and external administrative and financial operations.
- Manage and supervise legal operations within or outside the companies.
- Manage legal operations for general assemblies, boards of directors, and executive directors of companies.
Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of the legal needs of companies at the level of the Saudi Companies Law.
- Experience and knowledge of the legal needs of companies at the level of general assemblies, boards of directors, and executive directors.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Companies Law and the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
- Experience and knowledge of Saudi labor law.
- Full understanding and sufficient experience in work details and needs.
- Proficiency in English.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in the field.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field relevant to the position.
