Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Consultant (Arab) at Freehold Solutions DMCC in Dubai. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, and document preparation. They will also handle legal issues, advisory services, and in-house legal support. Key responsibilities include:

• High experience in the court system, case follow-up, and filing them
• Emailing consultants
• Writing memos
• Attending expert meetings
• Providing expert legal counsel and advice to clients
• Conducting legal research to analyze case status to support clients
• Staying updated on changes in the law
• Supervising the legal team and conducting annual performance reviews
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Skills in legal document preparation and legal assistance
