Who are we looking for

Currently, there is an increase in demand for Abu Dhabi-based consultants with general corporate and commercial experience. We are on the look-out for legally trained individuals with the following attributes and requirements:

• Abu Dhabi based/willing to commute
• 3-8 PQE
• Regional experience preferred
• Experience in advising on general corporate & commercial matters - drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate & commercial agreements
• Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
• Be available to commence at a short notice
• Have a hands-on, adaptable approach
• Common law qualified preferred
• Arabic language skills are desirable (reading, drafting, speaking)
