Legal Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions)

We are working on a high calibre assignment in Dubai and are keen to hear from specialist M&A lawyers.

Requirements

7+years PQE, with relevant experience gained from top tier international law firms (prior in-house / secondment experience would be an advantage), specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions

Common law qualified

Ideally be available to be on site 5 days per week for a 3 month duration

Resident in the UAE (GCC/Golden/Spousal/Freelancer visa holders), and available to start assignments at short notice
