Job Description: Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (RERA Dubai Tenancy Law, partnerships, criminal cases, corporate law, etc.).
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defence strategies.
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the
- companys full legal rights.
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the
enhancement of the knowledge base of the companys legal function.
- Act as companys point person for all matters relating to courts, law and Rental Disputes
Centres.
Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information.- Outstanding communication skills.
BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree.
