Job Title: Legal Manager

Job Description: We seek a qualified Legal Manager to handle all legal aspects of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters related to property transactions, compliance, and disputes. Knowledge of the ability to create and comprehend MOUs, agreements, and associated contracts, as well as knowledge of the licensing structure of the company and other relevant legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
Should have exposure to visiting and coordinating with different government departments
(RERA, Dubai courts, Land Department, Economic department, etc.).
Must be able to work professionally, meet deadlines, etc.
Should be transparent in communication with good communication skills and resultoriented.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property sales, leases, and development.
Manage and resolve property disputes, including boundary issues, landlordtenant disagreements, and construction defects.
Provide legal advice on property acquisition, development, and management.
Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal aspects are covered.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for real estate operations.
Stay updated with changes in UAE real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited law college.
Language required: Arabic (written and speaking skills are a must), English.
Minimum 810 years of experience in real estate law, with specific experience in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detailoriented with excellent analytical abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and use of legal software.
Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.
