Job Summary
Legal Assistant/ Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal administrative support to Wataniya and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They are responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, employment agreements, and other legal documents, as well as representing their employer in legal proceedings. They may also conduct legal research and provide training to employees on legal issues and best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to effectively communicate legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Job Duties
Supervise all Administrational matters of the Company.
Arrangement of Shareholders Annual meeting.
Supervise all Shareholders inquiries and replies.
Attend to board matters at any Legal Bodies.
Assurance that the Company is up to date with regards of Corporate Governance.
Assurance that all BOD concerns within regulations.
Arrange Board meeting during the year as per Regulations.
Assist in Shareholders Annual meeting.
Cover up for Governance Officer during vacations or absences.
Assist in board matters at Ministry of Commerce or any Governmental Bodies.
Represent the Company before Ministry of Commerce / Investment / Interior or any other Ministry.
Job Qualifications
Educational Background and Certifications:
Bachelor/master's degree in, Law/ shariah Law
Experience:
Relevant years of experience in the field of corroborate governance and legal affairs. ranged between 1 year to 3 years.
Skills and Abilities
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Specially Excel).
Leadership Skills.
Attention to details
Business Acumen
Strong work ethic.
Good understanding of the Saudi court law and procedure
Ability to understand & analysis cases.
