Our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Legal Operations Manager to optimize their legal operations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in legal operations within a bank, corporation, or large law firm. A law degree is not required, but expertise in legal operations support is essential.

Responsibilities:

Streamline legal operations for efficiency.

Manage MIS for KSA and Group Legal departments.

Organize legal training programs.

Administer legal systems and IT assets.

Oversee invoicing and financial management.

Manage identity and access systems.

Facilitate onboarding for new team members.

Lead and support legal projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in legal operations management.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in legal management systems and software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience in KSA legal operations.

Familiarity with KSA legal and regulatory environment.

Certification in legal operations or project management.
