By joining our award-winning Middle East Business Unit (ME BU) Legal team as a Legal Analyst, you will be an integral member of the PepsiCo family helping to support our business functions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of legal contact for assigned business clients.
- Consideration, review and preparation of legal documentation in support of our business clients to include across: Marketing, Franchise, Distribution, Supply Chain, HR, Sales and Finance.
- Providing general ad hoc legal advice to ME BU Franchise clients.
- Litigation management.
- Trademark management.
- Providing assistance to Senior Lawyers on complex special projects.
- Overseeing sanctioned markets document management and managing OFAC compliance matters.
- Drafting internal executive governance memos.
- Support targeted training to clients on matters such as anti-bribery, anti-trust, contract provisions, OFAC.
- Supporting risk mitigation through initiatives such as template preparation and reviews, business practice reviews etc.
- Undertaking legal research and providing legal analysis.
- Implementation of and coordination on digital legal tools.
- Management of external counsel and advisors.
Qualifications
- Law Degree. Master of Law is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience, either all law firm or split between industry and Law firm. OFAC knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in corporate compliance regulations, experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating all kinds of contracts, experience in dealing with suppliers, customers and different stakeholders.

- Excellent command of computer skills, digital tools, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written. French is a plus
