Position Objective:
The Legal Specialist plays a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise within an organization. This professional is responsible for assisting legal teams, managing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure contracts align with legal requirements and organizational policies.

- Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and provide support in preparing legal documents.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance programs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 0-1 Year of experience in similar role.
