Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Leisure Sales Manager to join a dynamic sales team at a prestigious luxury leisure and hotel hospitality business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive leisure business, focusing on high-end clients, tour operators, travel agencies, and key accounts. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with international and domestic leisure travel partners, contributing to revenue growth, and enhancing the brand's position in the luxury travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in leisure travel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and clients.
  • Manage key leisure accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed on trends in the leisure travel market and competitor activities.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in leisure hospitality/hotels sales, in Dubai.
  • Strong network within the leisure industry.
  • Proven sales success.
  • Fluency in English and Russian or Spanish.

Compensation:

  • AED 15 - 17,000 AED per month + incentives
  • Additional Benefits (TBD with shortlisted candidates)
