We are looking for a talented
Light Design Engineer to join our home automation team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating dynamic and energy-efficient lighting designs that enhance living spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of lighting systems and a commitment to innovative design within home automation settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom lighting solutions that align with client preferences and enhance overall space aesthetics
- Develop and review lighting plans, layouts, and specifications based on project requirements
- Collaborate with the home automation team to integrate lighting with smart control systems, ensuring functionality and seamless automation
- Conduct on-site evaluations and adjustments to ensure lighting designs meet quality standards and client expectations
- Provide technical support to the installation team during the projects execution phase
- Stay current on the latest lighting technologies and design trends, ensuring the integration of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in lighting design within home automation or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, AutoCAD)
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset to develop unique lighting solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and project teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in energy-efficient lighting and smart lighting solutions
- Familiarity with home automation systems and their integration with lighting designs
