Job Description
-Design Professional Architectural lighting designs according to codes and standards.
-Developing and presenting design proposals with almost
creativity and professionalism
-Full responsibility for project coordination and revision
-Meeting client needs and requirements
-Handling all project stakeholders and collaborating with
other construction professionals
-Committing to the required budget and timelines
-Keeping up with the latest lighting - architectural
directions and trends
-Completing all three phases of lighting design (Concept
presentation, layout, BOQS, and Visualization) using
architectural software
Attending client's meetings and having a good
understanding of client's design briefs.
Requirements:
BSc degree in Architectural.
Experience 1-2 years
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel,
and Outlook).
Proficiency with Dialux EVO and 3D rendering software
(Lumion or 3D max),
Proficiency with AutoCAD, and Adobe Create Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments
to completion within parameters of instructions given
prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Have experience in developing and driving distribution
plans to achieve growth
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
including ability to effectively communicate with internal
and external customers
