Limousine Driver
Are you a courteous and professional driver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service If so, we are looking for a Limousine Driver to join our team. As a Limousine Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations in a luxurious and comfortable manner while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Safe and Reliable Transportation: Safely operate our limousines and ensure the security and comfort of passengers during transportation.
- Customer Service: Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with luggage, and ensure their overall satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to reach destinations, considering traffic conditions and potential delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the limousine to ensure it is in excellent working condition. Report any issues promptly.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with dispatch and clients, providing updates on arrival times and any changes to the schedule.
- Professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the company's dress code and customer service standards.
- Safety: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption, and submit necessary reports to the company.
- Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or changes in client plans, with composure and resourcefulness.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience as a limousine driver or chauffeur is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A commitment to safety and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
