Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook at section B restaurant located in Jiddah. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes and plating guidelines. They will also ensure the quality and presentation of dishes, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demands. The Line Cook will work under the supervision of the Head Chef and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to read and follow recipes and portion guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
