Award-winning Harbor Real Estate is on the lookout for a Listing Administrator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CRM software and company listings
Approve and assist agents in creating quality listings
Refresh and update properties in all marketing portals (Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut etc.)
List, register and update properties in CRM (Porfolio and Propspace)
Monitor the verified, trucheck, rejected, and expired listings
Handle featured, hot signature, premium and credits to all the portals
Hands-on with the exclusive properties of the company
Send Monthly marketing report for company's major portfolios
Prepare Email Shot and Newsletter every week
Upload, update and remove documents and listings on Trakeeshi
Maintain the excel sheet of the listed properties with permit numbers and renewals.
Conduct trainings to all the new joiners especially the agents about the listings
Send listing performance and reports to agents
Update all the listing every 3-6 months to make sure all the listings are fresh and updated
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate administration or coordination is a must.
Knowledgeable in CRM Software & Trakheesi System
Familiar with real estate and property rules and regulations
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various real estate software programs.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
