• Position Overview:

As a Listing Agent specializing in YAS Island, you will play a crucial role in managing property listings, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of success in real estate, a valid ADM broker license, and a deep understanding of YAS Island market.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to clients, consistently meeting company expectations and building long-lasting relationships.

Professional First Impressions: Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications, whether calling potential sellers or interacting with clients.Client Needs Analysis: Thoroughly understand and address client requirements to successfully close deals and meet their real estate needs.

• Market Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about new market campaigns and services, using provided scripts and personalized approaches.

Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate and qualify leads through inbound interactions, and other prospecting methods.

Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold and enhance the companys reputation.Sales Targets: Go the extra mile to achieve and exceed sales targets while facilitating future sales opportunities.

• Professional Communication: Ensure all client communications are conducted professionally, presenting the companys best image at all times.

Company Code of Conduct: Adhere to the companys code of conduct by maintaining a formal, elegant, and professional appearance and demeanor.

Property Visits and Inspections: Accompany potential buyers during property visits and inspections, providing expert advice on suitability and value.Lead Response: Contact leads immediately, arrange meetings with clients as soon as possible, and provide effective solutions to their real estate needs.

• Client Communication Protocols: Conduct all client communications through the companys official number and adhere to established email protocols.

Activity Reporting: Report daily activities to the Line Manager and update the companys system with accurate records of your activities.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Licensing: Valid ADM broker license.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in real estate within Abu Dhabi, with a specialization in YAS Island.

• Skills: Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in real estate software.

License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
