  • Real Estate Listing Specialist- YAS Island

Successful listing Specialist in real estate possess a combination of skills that enable them to effectively market and handle the sales & leasing properties.

  • We are seeking a special individual who:
Has a minimum of two years of real estate experience in YAS Island communities.
  • Values relationships with team members, working collaboratively, and being part of a team culture that holds each other accountable, and celebrates each other's victories.
Is dedicated to the team's growth and the success of our clients.
  • Is interested in working in a collaborative environment.
Is committed to following team processes and systems.
  • Understanding this work requires more knowledge, more patience, more tenacity, and more creative problem-solving than traditional real estate transactions.
Enjoys networking in large groups and developing relationships with industry professionals.
  • Responsibilities:
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
  • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Business-to-business networking
Assist Sales & Leasing team with listings from contract to close
  • Utilize team's top-notch marketing materials on listing presentations
Follow up with listing inquiries
  • Business Networking to bring in leads
Research real estate market conditions to determine the best list price for the seller
  • Leverage the processes and systems of the team to minimize paperwork and maximize the time you spend generating income.
  • Qualifications:
Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
  • Two years of work experience in real estate.
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and additional languages is an advantage.
