We are seeking a Listing Coordinator to join our outstanding team immediately. The qualifications and responsibilities for this role include:
Requirements:
- Listing, editing, and verifying properties and new listings on property portals.
- Ensuring the accuracy of details before posting new listings online.
- Managing, updating, and maintaining CRM and property portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.).
- Compiling and distributing weekly/monthly reports and communicating key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Providing miscellaneous administrative support to agents/employees as requested.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional organization, planning, and administration skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Providing general office and operational support.
Skills Required:
- Highly proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet usage, and data entry.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Speaks Tagalog/English.
