Listing Manager

The Listing Officer/Manager is responsible for managing and executing the listing processes of tokens or coins on our exchange. This role is crucial for determining which assets should be evaluated for listings, building and scaling the essential listings team, and managing relationships with token partners. The ideal candidate will be deeply connected to the developer ecosystem, well-versed in the DeFi landscape, and highly aware of the regulatory environment of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing and Research Pipeline:

1. Define, drive, and deliver our listing and research pipeline
2. Ensure the quality and timeliness of token due diligence reports
3. Negotiate listing terms, fees, and other conditions to favorable agreements.
4. Oversee the entire token/coin listing process from preparation to execution, coordinating with legal, compliance, technical, and marketing teams

• Market Analysis and Strategy:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential listing opportunities.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform listing strategies.
3. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing token/coin performance post-listing.
4. Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency space.

• Project Management:

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for each listing, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Track and report on the progress of listing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the listing process.

• Client Services and Relationship Management

1. Serve as the primary client services manager for existing token partners, ensuring excellent relationship management and support
2. Negotiate and close commercial terms for crypto projects, managing a robust pipeline
3. Produce in-depth research reports with the team, providing valuable insights to partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, particularly in business development, operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully listing tokens/coins on multiple exchanges.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of crypto assets, smart contracts, blockchain protocols (Web 3.0), DeFi, Yield Farming, token economics, and automatic market-making.
• Proven track record of process management, performance evaluations, lead generation, project management, and excellence in client services.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• High degree of integrity and awareness of regulatory risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey digital asset information effectively across various organizational functions.
• Demonstrate leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a strong ethical foundation.
