Job Description

Key One Realty Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Listing Specialist to join our Brokerage Team.

About the Role:

  • Analyze monitor and improve property inventory listed by KEY ONE.
  • Achieve KEY ONE goals in property acquiring quality and quantity.
  • Keep all listed property up to date.
  • Work in parallel and support other departments with all needed information about the inventory.
  • Expert in Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals etc.
  • Prepare listing, verification & Trakheesi Permit.
  • Adhere to RERA rules and regulations.
  • Ensuring listing qualities with 100% score.
  • Liase with Property Finder, Propspace, DLD support team for any listing or account issues.
  • Prepare forms such as (Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, C, F & U).
  • Strong follow-up skills and Lead management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing systems.
  • Responsible for monitoring, providing assistant and support to the Operator with answering the leads inquiries, preparing of leads file and receiving daily feedback from the Real Estate Agents.
  • Responsible for receiving the transaction documents from the Sales/Leasing Agent and forwarding them to the Accounts Department.
  • Listing units for the agents on Prop space/CRM.
  • Checking the quality of listings on CRM.
  • Support the agents in preparing transfers for the Land Department.
  • Closing transactions and ensuring all paperwork is provided for the Transaction.
  • Preparing Tenancy contracts and MOU as and when requested by the agents.
  • Support accounts in transaction closings.
  • Excellent in filing & in maintaining records.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Corporate communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be having at least 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate.
  • Must have excellent knowledge in CRM and Portals.
  • Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and office equipment.
  • Strong eye for attention to detail.
  • Professional and presentable with customer service skills.
  • Telemarketing skills preferred.
  • Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours as per business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
